Very great rigging addon and they always give either fix update or new update continuously
Good job maybe still not perfect enough but hope in future it will be very useful for all users

Great for basic rig but I have had no luck with the mouth, tongue, and eyes moving with the rig. The hair also does not follow when manipulations are made. I'm sure it's something I'm missing but as a newbie, very frustrating.

Thanks for the feedback, sorry to hear it was a mitigated experience for you. While it's supposed to be a helpful addition in the rigger's toolbox, it's definitely not a simple toy and requires some knowledge and minimum experience with Blender and rigging to appreciate it at its full potential. It's not a fully automatized solution, especially regarding skinning:

Thats just perfect, I really enjoy it. Im new in 3D and GameDev and a model I did isn't perfect. It was hard to weight paint because of small elements I have here and there, fixing Rigify weights is just a nightmare for me and my own solution was taking quite time.
But this addon works smooth and nice, I got a perfect result just in 2 mintes after installation. One of the best things I have ever bought in my life!
    Thank you so much!

I have some rigging notions but I'm not skilled enough to perform a high quality rig and this is what this plugin offers. Perfect !
I recommend to use it with the Voxel Heat Diffuse Skinning to really enjoy an almost effort-free workflow ^^
And the developper reacted quickly to my feedbacks...
One of my best purchases without a doubt !

I like it, but I'm having issues when I import to UE5 onto the Manny/Quinn animation class. The chest bulges and the shoulders get squished. I tested auto rig with the Quinn mesh and it has the same issues, so I know its not my mesh that's the problem. Is there a fix for this yet?

Hello revzet, since the default poses of characters won't always 100% match the Many/Quinn poses, a few tweaks will be necessary. First, if you use the Smart feature, make sure to set the preset to "UE5" for best shoulders alignment. If not, manually align the shoulder reference bones on the Y and Z axes so that they're perfectly straight. Regarding the spine, from the side view, curve a little the spine bones inside the torso. I may improve the automatic alignment later in a future version. If you need more support about it, please send a support message.

As a Maya animator wanting to take some first steps on the terrifying world of rigging seasoned with the weirdnes of blender I can say this add-on is the perfect tool.
If you want a disney tier rig you will need to put a lot of work and re-do most things (After all this is not magic, it's a really smart piece of tech).

But if you are an animator trying to make some videogames or wanting to start some personal projects this is a must buy. Reasonably priced and super fast support from the dev.

    I'll recommend no doubts.

    Thank you for this. Truly.

I'm just a few hours into using it and already doing things that I gave up on with legacy solutions. Animation/Rigging has probably one of the largest gap between the ease of conceptualization and the difficulty of implementation. There is a =ton= of stuff in between. I've tried several times to get a workflow that didn't make me want to animate myself jumping off a building. This is a game changer for me and takes all of the pain out of the setup process.

Lucas, you're a wizard - plain and simple. The stuff running under the hood is insane. You've squarely taken one of the most painful processes in blender and made it simple and intuitive. I've figured most of the base features out without having to refer to a tutorial (of which, there are plenty). I'm still have yet to explore much of the plugin, but couldn't ask for a better first impression. Worth every penny.

Blender is an amazing solution preceded only by its community, so thank you again for all of your hard work and taking the time to answer my pre-purchase questions.

Hello after installing auto rig and the master file, the addon won't enable I'm using autorig pro version 3.40.18 and blender version 3.4.1

The message it shows me when trying to enable is

    Trackback (most recent call last):

    File "C:\Users\clock\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\3.4\scripts\addons\auto_rig_pro-master\auto_rig_smart.py", line 24, in

    current_vertex_size_ = bpy.context.user_preferences.themse[0].view_3d.vertex_size

AttributeError: '_RestrictContext' object hast no attribute 'user_preferences'

I was wondering if you could help me to get the add on to work

Thanks! Your time is very much appreciated!

      Hello sunset,
Thanks for rating, it seems you have installed the wrong version that only works with Blender 2.79. For latest Blender versions, make sure to install Auto-Rig Pro 3.67.25.
