Hello,
Yes I apologize, for the moment there is no updated documentation. I produce tutorial videos to explain the basics to use the sky with the standard configuration. Working on the documentation at the same time, slows down the development process and bug fixes and we are really trying to make the sky 100% compatible for Cycle.
Documentation will be produced as soon as these major issues are resolved.

They sky itself looks nice in Eevee, but I haven't been able to get the sky to reflect or the sun to get obscured by the clouds. Also, the near clip plane of FOUR HUNDRED METERS is absolutely insane, and the quality goes down when I try to get closer. Plus, to get the clouds rendered in Cycles seems very convoluted (I haven't managed yet). It's nice tech demo, but I haven't managed to wrangle any practical use out of it yet.

Thank you for your opinion.
We are working on a workaround for the camera problem that is due to the limit that the current versions of Blender set. When the volumes are visible on a large distance for example (40KM), if the value of "Clip Start" of the camera is not increased, the rendering is completely blurred and when we increase this value the clouds become clear, but the objects near the camera are not visible.
We have published a correction. This correction allows you to fix the distance of visibility of the camera by choosing between the default camera or three other possibilities, it does not solve the problem, but it allows you to quickly choose the most suitable configuration.

Here is another configuration you can try. In the volume settings replace the default end value of (40.000) "40KM" by (10.000) "10KM", then on the addon panel select (Blender Default).
This configuration allows you to have a standard scale scene and to see the clouds. You can also set the cloud height to "0.0".

As we are a company working with Cycles mostly, It doesn't work well. Its soo slow and soo different from the teaser result that makes the whole workflow very much useless. I wish we can get the money back. If I figure out a work around on It I will change my rate, but for now this add on should be called Pure Eevee Sky, not Pure Sky (Eevee + Cycles)

It's a pity that you didn't take the time to read the technical sheet, all the information concerning the cycle compatibility is detailed there. You understand that I could not have added all these infos in the title of this product. And for info if the rendering was slow for you with cycle, it's simply because the volumes are not compatible with Cycle as it is mentioned in the introduction and the datasheet, it would have been enough to remove the nodes of the volumes to have a fluid navigation.
And you have to have realistic expectations too, generating volumes requires more machine performance and this is true even for other software like Unreal Engine.

When I bought the addon....there was scant videos showing how to work it....I asked the developer about a tutorial, he provided a link to show exactly how to set this addon up and the settings you should be using...of course, it is up to you to tweak your settings, time of day, etc to suit your scene's needs. But...since I learned how to work this with his helpful video...I think there is nothing out there to compare for sky and cloud creation in Blender. Amazing addon....beautiful results. Cannot wait to see what might be added in future updates.

Thank you very much for your opinion, yes I will do my best to find a solution to get around the sight distance problem, even if in reality it depends more on Blender.

Really cool and useful add-on, It may be a little tricky when you start using it since it has tons of options to customize it but his tutorials really help and once you start playing around with the settings it becomes really fun. It helped me with some projects already where an hdri wouldn´t come close to the results. Also love the clouds wich look really good and can be animated easily with the wind speed and direction. Really recommend this add-on.

I really like this add-on with one exception, the lack of documentation. It would be nice to have a document or a non-musical video with someone teaching installation and first use. The YouTube videos are really spectacular to look at but I find it difficult to follow the various mouse movements that adjust the settings.
