    Not real impressed by the models or the texturing. I should have looked at the Reviews before purchasing. Also, each set is its own addon instead of just making them Assets which would be easier for the users. Clearly not high enough quality for the price.

    honestly disappointed, dont buy this expecting super high quality texturing and buildings, theyre subpar, id say ps3 level graphics, i bought the full version and regret it, theres a few good assets here and there inside of it but i wouldnt recommend this pack to friends or anyone

    For the money this add-on is very good. Sure there are a couple texturing aspects that make it a bit heavy on the computer... but overall VERY USEFUL for building city scenes and for VFX in your shots.

    My experience with this add-on has been disappointing on multiple fronts. The buildings lack the expected quality, displaying a noticeable lack of detail and realism. It appears that the designs heavily rely on a single cube and basic textures, resulting in a lackluster outcome.

    Moreover, there's a concerning observation about the textures used. It seems that the majority are sourced from texture.com, available for free download. Potential users should be aware of the possible limitations and licensing concerns when using these textures in commercial projects.

    Considering the subpar quality of the buildings and the reliance on basic elements, I cannot recommend this add-on. If you're seeking a more comprehensive and high-quality solution, exploring alternative options may be more beneficial.

    The value on these assets is insane.
    $57 for all of these models? That's a steal!

    As for the model itself, they are really high quality. There are two problems I have with them at times though:

    • They are extremely VRAM heavy as a lot of the textures are excessively high-res where the detail is not even visible. It should be noted though that there are obviously solutions for that.

    • The other problem I have is that the scales of these models makes no sense. Especially, when you want to model your scene to real world scale, it can sometimes be difficult to guess what their actual scale is supposed to be. Sometimes a 3 floor high building is nearly as high as the skyscraper and yet they have the same scale value.

    • This is something that I would very much love to see fixed, as it is just an unnecessary hassle to always have to eye-ball all the sizes of these already really high-quality buildings.

    With these issues (at least the latter, as high-res textures aren't necessarily bad of course but 90% of the times are too much) I can only give 4 stars. Should the scaling issue be fixed that's an easy 5-star must-buy nobrainer and I highly recommend buying it.
    It's a good investment.

    I appreciate regular updates like the one with the new SciFi pack. Thank you very much for this. The addon is worth a recommendation, as you get a lot of excellent city content.

    Some solid stuff here but still waiting for Blender 3.2 update. Unfortunately I believed there was going to be regular updates but now it seems this add on has been abandoned. Also where are the lights of the buildings? Might look ok for day renders although still need them but you are left with no lights for night renders. Having to add emission manually is just extra work and defeats the purpose of an add on. Happy to give more stars when it gets updated.

    Great Addon but unnecessarily heavy, which should be improved and no update for Blender 3.2 making the procedural buildings useless.

    Once fixed I'd be happy to give 5 stars.
