Buildings Variations with endless shapes

We use the power of geometry nodes to create our buildings. You control a basic modulated shape on edit mode and the building will be created automatically in real-time with lots of cool details. 

In the Early Access period we provide 7 types of buildings with a predetermined shape. You can change these shapes to fit your needs (they are made of modules 3x3 meters)   

Our main goal is to provide at least 20 different building types when the Early Access finished.  

 


 

 














Procedural materials to increase variation 

All of our buildings are created with semi-procedural materials. With them you can change basic parameters like: Color, grunge, leaking, rust, etc. 

One single building module, with different shapes and colors can work like totally different buildings. In the image on the left all the buildings are the same type, but we change the color material and the overall shape to make them look like totally different buildings. 

 

 

Elements to complement the buildings

We provide a variety of assets that adds depth and character to the building's models. In the Early Access you will have two models:
Colonnade - You can change the shape of it with a nurbs curve. Its length will adapt to the curve automatically. 
Cupola - You can change his size with the scale function. The model is inspired by a real cupola of New York. 

We will provide at least 20 different elements that will mach to the style of the buildings.   

   
   

Bases for the buildings

We provide some bases for the buildings. They are created with the same geometry node setup; this means that you can change the overall shape of it to fit the dimensions of your scene. You can add/remove stairs and railings. 
they can help to level the terrain or to add realism to your composition. 

 

 

 


Outstanding cool details

All the building come with 3D pre-baked mid poly interiors. This gives you the best-looking result for your interiors with a relative low processing cost. They react to the main illumination (casting shadows through the windows, for example). 

In some buildings you can add external air conditioner units (with different shapes, colors and configurations - even some of them have animated fans!) and you can control the quantity of them. 


  

   
   

Control the scene

In the add-on UI you will find some values to change that will affect your enterally scene. These are: 
- Building Lights: It´s change the quantity of interiors that are illuminated on the scene.
- Rain: Adds animated raindrops
- Water surfaces: Makes the materials looks wet
- Snow: adds snow over the surfaces

* You can add these effects to YOUR materials by adding and connecting the node group to your PBR material *

Thats means that you will have to dedicate them a lot of time and effort when they are, in most of the cases, just background. So, why not let us to make cool looking and adaptable buildings and you spend the time making the key elements of the scene?

   
   

I CAN MAKE MY BUILDING WITH PHOTOS

Yeah, yeah, yeah, we all love Ian Hubert work and how he achieves great looking renders with some building projection fachades. But it doesn't work always great. If you want to make a realistic looking sharp image, you will find that technic inadequate. 
I´m a professional architect and trust me, these super detailed buildings are far beyond that technic. They have architectural sense, proportion, details and works super-fast.
