  If you're the type of user who regularly imports models from other games/software and wish to get every vertex groups properly renamed, IK'd up and ready to be posed in Blender, then this add-on pretty much lets you skip the entire conversion process, saving you hours of work.

  The only disadvantage with this add-on being is that it's a complementary feature to Auto-Rig and not a stand-alone one. But if you've got the means to also get Auto-Rig and have no problems using it, then do yourself a favor and also get this one for your model conversion needs.
