Error when importing asset?
This would be that that you have either not set the location of the folder containing the Theatrix.blend file in the add-on preferences menu or that the file has not been unzipped.
How do I get volumetric lighting beams?
In the World material settings add a Principled Volume shader and make the Density around 0.005.
