  Let me tell you something

  You know when you step up as an autistic guy telling yourself : " Oh , this guy is possibly another autistic one . This level of detail indicates a complex personality working by pure passion more than for money. "

  Yes, the price is impressive for commercial usage but the fact is that you won't find any other addon giving you as pro results in such fast times. You need roads everywhere and with other addons , it's always a pain in the ass for a reason or another. You want quality roads to show in front of your buildings and a lot of options for corners etc .

  The texture options is well made ( lowQ-Hq ) , the proxies for the cars are nice. I had not a single bug yet . If you don't try to do things impossible in real life , you won't see glitches on the road borders.

  Frankly , you put this addon with True-Sky , add some Bproduction Vegetation scatters and some buildings . It looks real to first look or animation. In proximity scene it's almost not detectable. Just tweeking the textures would probably make this 99% real at the eye , enough for fast scenes with special effects.

  You can still transform the road in mesh as I understood it and then select your own textures but I didn't try this yet.

  This is the last tech on Blender because it uses geometry nodes, it's perfectly coded and this seems more reliable to me as the code is like in a capsule which is it's own app. It's not apart from Blender but feels more protected from bugging with Blender updates... I'd guess.

  Even the road lines are fully customisable , thanks to Pieter.

  9 x 5 Stars ratings for a new addon means there wasn't even this period of " ok , it's my first version , sorry there are full of bugs " . It's damned stable and it renders very quickly so it's just well decimated to avoid loosing details .
  
  After all , it's just a one time payment for such a product that will even get some updates with time. There are only 6 models of cars but seriously , I think we can even add ours so that is plenty fair . I didn't try it but I have some car addons too that will probably fit this traffic simulator. Also , maybe the creator will add some cars with time . That said , it's for the road tools I bought this and thanks to Pieter , there is a Portfolio version which is affordable for what it is.

  I was in a very short budget but sometimes there are coupons for summer or winter sellings you can use also. Pieter was more than fine with me when I asked infos and I encourage all the people not sure about this pro-version high price to try the portfolio version. You will understand why the pro version is cost a lot more than competition here. I'm poor myself and I recognize this addon's price is justified.

  I like to buy addons I know they will be updated quite on a regular basis and that the creator is taking care of correctly. When it's well done like this , we have no doubts that in 6 months , there will still be support etc. It's important for us creators of 3d content.

  The creator seems to be a very wise and gentle guy . I have no doubt if you have any problem , he would solve it but frankly , I don't know which problem you could have if you are used to geometry nodes and Blender splines .

  If you'd have 10 STARS rating option , I'd probably give 11 considering the quality and the fair price. Yes , maybe with time a version for only one seat instead of 2 or more could cut a bit the price for pro ... but think about the time you save, because doing convincing roads as versatile as that is tough ... and long normally. Now it saves a lot of time and for half or more of your art scenes , you'll want some roads. It's a must as Vegetation addon is. They are not cheap but what you see is what you get ... even more.

  Give it a try. I like to see geeks like this one doing crazy good work like this and I feel we shall encourage him to continue . He's probably living of that work so respect . It's ok for other addons if you want basic roads looking not bad at all but if you search for the top customizable road which is very convincing ... as for props around it , it's the choice.

  The fact to take real measures in real life for the props is appreciated . It's avoiding goofy look of other addon's props.

  Pieter Léon Vermeersch knows where he's going and it's the reason his price may impress or intimidate you a bit first. Just be confident this is real and it works actually like a charm on Blender 4.2.5 LTS.

  GOOD GOOD JOB

  It's like the Mr Miaggi of the roads . You won't need other addons for almost anything concerning roads.

  I highly recommend at least the portfolio version and ... doing a project with it can bring the money to get the pro version forever. Never bother about roads again. It's worth a week of work in your life. Get porfolio version and if you make money with it , you will be happy to pay the pro because you'll save a lot of time in projects.

  I was a user of Cinema 4d in the past and I'd never go back to it as Blender is now using geo nodes and that we have a market for such nice addons.

  I'm a Blender novice, and this product is amazing! I'm retired, so I have few demands on my time. I've spent days fooling around with this, and I'm dazzled. The quality of the work, the thought that's gone into the design...it's astounding.

  I'm learning more about other features of Blender using this than I have from tutorials. You won't be disappointed...it's a great add-on. Quality output, solid design, good organization, terrifically accessible and usable, and stellar attention to detail.

  In one word, Great. An incredible work. I have purchased dozens of add-ons so far, but I have never had an ordering experience that made me so happy. Mr. Pieter is a great person. He helped me immediately with every question I had. If an award were to be given in this field, Pieter would definitely win.

  This addon is absolutely incredible. The roads are gorgeous, of course, but even more brilliant is how intuitive it is to use. It "just works".

  One thing I struggle with as a newbie animator is that even when there are resources and plugins, it takes knowledge to use them right. Change one thing, stuff goes janky, then a learning curve to figure things out... not with this one. I'd like to say I spent a lot of time using this plugin, but in truth, I put the road in place, adjusted settings, and that was it. Of the five thousand things I struggled with, the roads were never the problem.

  The defaults are great, the roads are beautiful and just upgrade the whole scene, but perhaps most importantly, it is robust. If you change stuff, move things around, adjust the many interesting settings, it isn't going to fall apart on you. You begin using a useful work of art, and it stays right there, doing what it is supposed to without any drama right through to render.

  And the developer is extremely friendly and responsive. Though the addon "just works", so there wasn't anything to fix. Instead I got brilliant insights that helped my project overall and gave me more ideas for how to let these beautiful roads to the heavy lifting of making scenes happen.

  The best roads add-on, and one of the most carefully designed add-ons I've ever seen - it looks beautiful, really easy to use, and the creator is extremely helpful.

  It's also probably the most rewarding add-on I've used in terms of immediate results - you can drop in a road setup and it just works. You can also tell they've put a lot of effort into the settings, as you can change pretty much everything but it's organised enough not to be overwhelming. Definitely a 5 star add-on, well worth it - looking forward to seeing what updates give us in the future (:

  An amazing urban tool, eventhough its concept is focused on that since all models are transform after a few click you can edit them and make to the style you require.

  Yet still I would like to request and support an expansion with some sci fi distopia, brutalism and kindom variants <3

  It is rare for geometry node assets to be created with so much love for detail and care! Apart from the fact that this tool is extremely helpful, on closer inspection you can immediately see that a lot of small aspects have been given a lot of attention and that everything has been meticulously created. I miss that in many other creators.

  What I personally like very much: the curve-based road creation invites you to experiment, and thanks to the great materials, you can immediately see a good-looking result! It's helpful and fun!

  I am very excited to see how this asset will develop in the future, because the potential is there and the creators have already ensured that the asset can be expanded.

  This addon is just fantastic.

  It is the best way to make roads and highways, hands down, plus it is so easy to use.
  The outcome is stunning with incredible attention to details. What is also extremly appreciated here is the way this powerful tool was made accessible, easy to grasp and understand by the user. I have bought and used various addons and can affirm this is a chef d'oeuvre in ergonomy. Waow!
