Seamless Workflow:

Install the Quick Object Vanish add-on.
Select your target object.
Go to the N-panel of Vanish Select Preset and Click Vanish Object
Settings in the modifiers Tab, change the Vanish value to see object vanish and factor value to control the amount of vanish effect or grow effect.

Note: Change resolution to more than 0 to see

a more detailed vanish or grow effect
