The moon surface is a made of coarse sand and therefore has little to no specularity. I reccomend using a Diffuse shader for the material. If you're using a Principled shader instead, don't forget to set the specular compononent to 0 for the correct look.
Each set has a Diffuse, DIsplacement and Mask texture. Only the Diffuse and Displacement are needed for the final result, the Mask is an extra texture if you want to do something else.
The Displacement texture is a full float (32-bit) EXR for maximum detail preservation. The Diffuse, Roughness, Normal & Mask textures are in PNG format. All textures are a 16384 x 16384 resolution.
