Modular Playground Kit – 3D Assets for Blender & Unreal Engine

Create stunning, interactive eerie playground environments with this Modular Playground Kit, designed for game developers, animators, and 3D artists. Featuring a wide range of playground structures with 4K textures, modular flexibility with procedural jungle gyms and monkey bars, this kit is optimized for both Unreal Engine 5 and Blender.

Key Features :

- Asset Library support in blender

- Optimized Meshes – Efficient polygon count, ensuring smooth performance in real-time engines.

- Textures – 4K PBR textures for realistic shading and details.

- Modular & Customizable – Mix and match assets to create unique playground layouts.

- Procedural Jungle Gyms – Three types of jungle gym assets (Monkey Bar, Hemisphere, 3D Grid) that can be modified into different shapes.

- Realistic Collisions – Pre-configured collisions for Unreal, ready for physics-based interactions.

- Concrete Steps (For playful climbing)

- Support Structures (Base plates, shades, pillars, fences, metal stairs)

- Various Fences – Includes both park boundary fences and play area fences

Compatibility

- Blender – Fully compatible, with geometry nodes setup for procedural jungle gyms.

- Unreal Engine 5 – Ready-to-use with optimized collisions and material instances.

- Other 3D Engines – FBX files to import and used in other engines with manual adjustments.

Notes for Users

- Texture Optimization – You can adjust texture resolution in Render > Simplify > Texture Limit in Blender to optimize performance.

- Handling Missing Files – Textures are not packed to the .blend file therefore ensure the paths are correctly linked (Blender > File > External data > Find missing files > Choose the textures folder).

- Exporting Procedural Jungle Gyms – By default, they remain Blender geometry nodes assets but can be exported as FBX if needed.

- Also make sure that the 3D Grid has inner faces too to avoid miss placement of jungle gym modules. (Refer to the demos)

The pack could be perfect for game developers, eerie, horror playground scenes, animation scenes, and VR/AR environments!
