Lockout

The idea is simple. Set a timer, get working, and Blender will automatically lock out for you. It's based on the Pomodoro Technique but takes it a step further.

You cannot alter the time elapsed - once you've chosen your timer you're committed!

Of course your .blend will auto-save before locking out but you can add an additional buffer if you want. The timer will restart everytime you open up Blender.

The idea of locking out is it doesn't just tell you when time is up - it closes for you. No decision. Time to take a break ;)

Installation

Installs like any other addon. Just drag the .zip into Blender. Make sure to restart after installing.
