Usage Instructions
Step 1: Export Keyframe Animation in Cinema 4D
- Open your Cinema 4D project.
- Select the object whose animation you want to transfer to Blender.
- Run the provided Cinema 4D export tool or script. The animation data will be automatically saved and prepared for Blender.
Step 2: Import Animation into Blender
- Open your Blender project.
- Select the object to which you want to apply the animation.
- The selected object does not need to have the same name as the original Cinema 4D object. Animation will be applied to the currently selected object regardless of naming.
- Open the 3D View Sidebar (press
N
) and navigate to the Import Keyframes tab under the "Animation" section.
- Click the Import Keyframes button.
- The plugin will automatically process and apply the animation to the selected object.
