No, Exoside's Quad Remesher is not required. Alternatively, Jayanam's free addon, Jremesh Tools, can be used.

Does it work with Blender 3.0+?

Yes, High Poly Generator works with 3.0-3.5.

How do I update?
  1. Un-install previous version
  2. Download the most recent addon version from Blender Market or Gumroad
  3. Open Blender
  4. Go to Edit > Preferences > Add-ons > Install
  5. Locate where the addon was downloaded
  6. Click enable

  2. Open Blender
  3. Go to Edit > Preferences > Add-ons > Install
  4. Locate where the addon was downloaded
  5. Click enable
  6. Press the N panel to locate addon
