I don't own Keyshot, can render with Cycles?

Sure. Setting up HDRI's, materials and lights takes a little longer in Blender, but you can reproduce the same results with Cycles.

I don't own Affinity Photo, can I just used Photoshop instead?

Yes, they are both very similar photo-editing software and a lot of what you see still applies.
