Futuristic Kit
FUTURISTIC KIT is a futuristic objects collection. It is primary build for helping me with the daily scenes over at www.graphicsdaily.blogspot.com but seemed like a good idea to make it available to others too. 990 objects in a single blend file ideal for your futuristic/ science fiction projects.
How to's and tips for the FUT-KIT scenes and object collection.
– You can increase/decrease the subdivisions in the subdivision surface modifier on the objects. The render is set to two but you can bring it up for close-ups.
– There are no textures in the file; the provided signs are polygonal objects that will also look great when your camera is up close.
– The objects use simple bsdf materials. For editing materials on an object don't forget to
click on the number of users for a unique material.
– The objects have clean topologies and were modeled with as good polycounts as possible.
– Render is set to EEVEE. Materials/parts work for Cycles without needing any fixing or modifications
When putting FUT__KIT together my main concern was to build a set of objects I could easily use and combine to build futuristic objects and render cool images. That’s why I consider this file to be more of a kit; not just a collection.
Modifiers aren't applied and you can easily modify the objects to fit your needs. ex. The tube objects use an Array modifier that can be brought up to make the tubes longer.
