Update changelog:

v1.4: This update brings several new features and some bug fixes:

New features:

  • Boolean Mode allows you to join an object and a fractal, cut a shape out of a fractal, or get the intersection of a fractal and an object.
  • Automatic Materials fill the material parameters automatically with correct fractal parameters, so that you don't have to enter anything by hand, except the iteration count.
  • Separate viewport and render resolution make your workflow smoother.

(Bug) fixes:

  • Mandelbulb had a wrong movement coordinate order, where Y and Z were flipped. This works as expected now.

v1.3: Morphing has arrived

You can now make the fractal look like different objects by using the morphing controls added to each fractal. To make getting started easier, a new tutorial video has been added with instructions on morphing.

v1.2: Automatic resolution is here!

Fractals are now about 20% faster to calculate and use automatic resolution so you don't have to do manual XYZ calculations based on bounds any more. There is only one resolution input and the same resolution is maintained however large or small your bounds are.
