When I use the modifier, it crashes Blender.
This is likely due to the fact that the modifier is compatible with Blender 4.3.0 and above. Make sure you are using the correct version of Blender and contact us if you are still having issues.
The modifier does not appear in the Deform category and is marked as "Unassigned".
To ensure Fit Curve appears under the "Deform" category in the modifier list, follow the instructions here: https://fit-curve-documentation.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation.html#add-cat
