Yes, DivineCut comes with a mode called GameMode; if you are planning to generate clothes with game engines in mind - see this tutorial - https://youtu.be/6MMgMk7VfeE

If you want, you can export the simulation to Unreal or Unity (As Alembic(heavy) or FBX (much lighter, but slightly longer export process))
