Can I use it if I have no previous experience with Blender? Or 3d at all?
Blender, especially in its last incarnation at version 2.80 is easy to learn, at least in its basic operations... So yes. However, if you have NO experience in how 3D works, you may encounter some problems. I plan to include also a basic quickstart guide for newbies in the near future
Can I import directly my vector files like AI or PSD?
There is a way to import vectors as 3d objects in Blender, but you still would have to convert them into images; so it would be easier to export these from your software of choice as either jpg or png
