Textures are packed into the .Blend file aswell as in a seperate zipped file.
It will probably need minor tweaking to fit your characters head, the easiest way would be to use the proportional edit and translation tool in edit mode, or the Grab Brush in sculpt mode and gently move the mesh to fit the head. The Textures and UVs will al remain intact this way.
