Can I distribute any part of the model?
No. The meshes and textures are not to be distributed anywhere, be it directly or indirectly (such as within a scene where the model is inserted).
Can I use the model commercially?
You can insert the models into your scene and render them commercially. You cannot, however, distribute the model in any way.
