Detailed model of an actual Teeter totter that can be found on many playgrounds. Kids love it! :)
The model is a subdivision surface and is a simple object. Object origin is set to the base of the model for easy placement and scaling. Node based Materials are set for Blender cycles. Complex materials are grouped for easy appending and with a color input on the group node. Only a Subsurf modifier is added (not applied) Polygon count w/o subdiv: 3200 Polygon count with subdiv (1 iteration): 12700 Polygon count with subdiv (2 iteration): 50700
There are 2 different blend files included: Teeter.blend – only contains the model with the materials on it. Teeter_scene.blend – model with basic lighting (sunsky and mesh light) in a „ground-bowl”. The teeter totter model is on layer 1, named Teeter.
