This will happen when the entire object is moved around and rotated within worldspace instead of being transformed via the position settings.
Can I export the entire thing to a game engine?
No, only the Mesh and its UVs - You can apply the settings to get the Coaster Mesh. Sadly there is no automatic 1-1 shader conversion method between Blender and Game Engines.
Can I use this asset commercially?
