This add on is intended for characters, but works on some objects. Select your object and apply. It will then apply the effect to all animated bones. It works on some objects and other elements as well, but not guaranteed to work outside of character rigs.

I'm not a developer. I made this addon to help me on my own short film. I thought it might be useful and wanted to share it for free. Given my very limited skillset and it being for free I don't plan on offering support for this product. Though it's a simple addon and should work well on it's own.
