Star Wars Btl-4A Y-Wing Starfighter
Detailed model of a BTL-4A Y-Wing starfighter from the 'Star Wars' original trilogy.
Geometry and Rigging
The model consists of 80,772 vertices (75,909) faces and features a total of 20 separate objects, including three empties for rigging and control purposes. There is a single control that operates the fully rigged landing gear and the cockpit canopy is also animateable.
Materials and Textures
The model is fully unwrapped with non-overlapping UVs. The model uses three PBR materials (one for the main fuselage, one for the smaller details and one for the pilot and R2 unit), and a simple glass material for the cockpit canopy. All three PRB materials come with base colour, ambient occlusion, metallic, roughness, emission and normal maps as well as an export of the UV layout. The fuselage and details textures are all 4k, the crew textures are 2k.
