How to solve "UnicodeDecodeError"

UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte

If the above error is output when using the rename function, change the character code of the CSV file to UTF-8.
This add-on only supports UTF-8 and Shift-JIS.

The character code can be changed in the settings when saving as in a spreadsheet software, or in the standard memo app of your OS.
