All materials are packed. Most modifiers are ON, so before appending, you might want to knock a few of the modifiers off so it doesn't bog down your scene or lead to crash. There are 3 scenes - first one is the final model, second one is editable with all modifiers and last one is a example (all models are parented to wheel model for clear rotation).
