Inverse Lock Bone is designed mainly to help clean up Mocap data. Foot sliding is a big issue in low-cost Mocap solutions. It can help you roughly lock the Mocap footsteps. Then you can do a more precise lock in Riggify or AutoRig. This addon enables you to play better with low-cost Mocap solutions.
