Simple Align Tools is Blender add on helps on align objects to target object. This works on Blender 2.8x  2.9x, 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 4.0, 4,1 and 4.2

Feature : 

Align Position : align selected objects position to target object position, it's have minimum, maximum, center, or origin base option. 

Align Rotation - align selected objects to target object rotation on local axis. 

Align Scale - align selected objects to target object scale.
