To install open blender go to User Preferences -> Addons -> Install Addon From File -> Shape Key Manager Pro.zip

Settings:

Shape Key Name Filter - When using the Dupe/Mir/DupeMir All Shape Keys (Filtered) operator only perform the action on a shape key containing the Filter entered by the user

Filter Rename - If a filter is entered then rename any part of the shape key containing the filter to this rename string

Assign New Vertex Group - Assigns the selected vertex group to any new duplicated shape key

Copy Shape Keys Driver - Any shape key duplicated will be given a copy of the driver assigned to the original shape key

Filter Rename Driver Bones/Paths - Rename the bone targets/data paths according to the Shape Key Name Filter and Filter Rename settings

Mirror Axis - Axis to mirror on when using mirroring operators
