Furniture is modeled for architectural visualizations and they're ready to use. You can change textures the way you like, models are unwrapped and the islands are rotated to right direction so they would align nicely. UV-seams are placed out of sight and in places where the fabric seams would be for instance in the armchair.
They are low poly with bevel or subsurface modifier so they suit for games also.
I made these for an archviz render (which are the presentation pictures) and since I spent so many hours making them I thought maybe someone else would like to use them as well without putting the time on the making process.
