  Helpful utility, but it highjacks shift+R (repeat last operation). This is used much more than Set Axis.
  UI: There is no option in the add-on itself to change the shortcut. No option to place it in the tools/N menu. No option to remove it from right click menu (too many addons in that menu in my case, I don't want something I don't use often there)
  Executing the operator moves the origin to the center of the object, so you need to reposition the origin after changing the axis.

  Could be nice, but it needs work.
