For Blender, just extract files from Gun.rar and open Gun.blend file and you are ready to render with evee and cycles with Free-Style.
Model is available in 3 variants with 4k, 2k and 1k textures(Diffuse, Metallic, Roughness, Specular, and Normal)
For Game Engines, Extract any fbx or obj variant of the gun model and you can import it in game engines like unity, unreal or cry engine.
