All models are (reasonably) low poly and optimized as best as I could so they can be used for both real time game engines and all major 3D packages.
Textures: Each model has a 512, 1K and 2K Texture
Materials: 1K, 2K and 4K variations included
Formats: Organized .blend Asset Library & .FBX files.

My goal is to create the ultimate collection for anything related to (road) construction. As I continue to add new assets, the pack will expand, but so will its price. To get the best deal, I'd suggest making your purchase now and enjoy downloading all future updates at no extra charge.

Detailed overview

This pack contains: 2 Containers, 7 Fences, A shovel, A Wheelbarrow, Speedbump, Cable Cover, 2 types of lights, a portapotty/dixi toilet, 3 types of pylons, 4 types of Plastic Containers, A pallet, A gasbottle, 4 types of foot blocks, An electricity box, 2 types of cable rolls, a bucket, a hardhat, a stack of bricks, a stack of planks, piles of construction garbage, grit, sand and stones, 2 large roadblocks and 4 types of bollards.

It also has 5 types of curbstones and 25+ traffic sign variations.

Surfaces and Materials

I created 9 high detail, tileable, photoscanned surfaces. Some are only tileable in Y because of their structure. Offered in 1K, 2K & 4K resolution.

Fresh Asphalt, Sidewalk Tiles (2 variations), Cobblestone Road, Sidewalk Cobblestones (2 variations), Bricks, Tactile Pavement.

Feel free to use these assets in your personal or professional work, depending on the bought license. You can`t resell these assets or any part of these assets.
