To use only the models you can choose append from your scene and navigate to the Redhandbag_packed.blend file and append the models by their group (Handbag and Handbag lowpoly) or simply open the blend file and you will find the  highpoly models at the center on layer 1 and the lowpoly version on layer 5. Scale and rotations are applied to avoid issues during editing. Only model is included, no scene set up are in the blend file.
