  This is great value, even just as an asset pack- but it's not, it's also a procedural building creator. Pick your style of building, then adjust the dimensions and amount of floors to your liking and it even arranges the rooftop details to fit, all textured and ready to render. Great stuff!

  I feel kind of like a criminal, stealing this collection for $20. Very nicely modeled and textured. Seriously, you won't find better bang-for-the-buck anywhere. The only thing I would personally love is if the scene used in the demo video were included, but really, what more can you ask for...just get this!
