This 100% procedural shader is the perfect tool to make Animated Movies with a Comic style in black and white, in color or with your textures.
It doesn't require any complex light composition, just add a sun lamp to your scene.

  • Outline colors "Light" This colour is visible only on the illuminated areas.
  • Outline colors "Shadow" This color is visible only on the shaded areas.
  • Reflection "Light" This colour reveals the reflection of the sun.
  • Reflection "Shadow" This colour reveals the contours hidden in the shadow.
  • Splitter: It allows you to visualize the texture of the character in view of cutting.
  • Saturation: You can go from a color rendering to black and white.

    The "Simplified", "Lite" and "Texture" versions are now available.
  • Pure-Comic Shader 1.1 (Simplified):
    1 - The basic colors contain only three procedural textures.
    2 - Outline colors do not contain any procedural texture.
    3 - Some non-essential options have been removed.
  • Pure-Comic Shader 1.1 (Lite):
    1 - This version does not contain any procedural texture.
    2 - Some non-essential options have been removed.
  • Pure-Comic Shader 1.2 (Texture):
    1 -  You can add normal textures.
    2 - Your textures replace the procedural textures for "Base Color".
    2 - With the rotation, you can refine the borders of the outline color.
    3 - Some non-essential options have been removed.
