  Is it just me or is there zero texture to this, procedural or otherwise. Its just IOR settings and roughness??

  Hi Haakon, it's not correct. if you look carefully there are 25 materials, some simpler with only modifications to the roughness value, others also with the fresnel node, and the last ones are instead included with procedural dirt and scratch maps.
  All materials are organized in a table with indexes shown on the left and right.
  I hope you have understood, the file is designed as a collection, having all the types of plastic ready to use in the renders by simply changing the color :) Thank you.
