In the Blend file go to "File > External Data > Find Missing Files" and choose the textures folder. This will find all of the missing textures within the textures folder.

You can use this model for pretty much anything you can think of but here are some suggestions. You could add this model to as scene in the background of something such as an office or home. You could also use it for other things such as game development.
