  Has some limitations on "detailed mode" features that eat ram (blender can crash after 7 files in this mode), but can be made to work well with a bit of imagemagick png color space pre-processing. Author is polite and responsive to questions. Certainly worth the donation =) B+

  I have quite a few of these 2D to 3D addons and this is the best one. For starters, you can batch create meshes from a folder of PNGs, and then even better, it creates them with decent topology.

  I strongly recommend this Add-on to anyone looking for the simplest and the most efficient way to create precise mesh cut-out from any 2D image. Before investing in this add-on I approached Jorge and he greeted me with all answers to my long questions and took a request I had from me and implemented in his latest update and this to me is the best customer service since it helped me with important project at hand. I appreciate The author's honestly, friendliness and helpful attitude.
