For Loading the Moon into your Scene, simply Choose "File --> Append", then choose "Group", then choose "Photorealistic_Moon_with_Moonphase". Please note that the Model needs a tweaking of the Camera Object Tracking Constraint (For More Information of a World Shader please see the Blender Wiki ).
