Photo-Real Interior Arch-Viz Ready Couch
Well yes but no. The couch will render out perfectly fine but I believe you will lose some details which make the couch photoreal.
A lot of thought was put into making this model with rolling back so as to get every angle just right. You could try making your own cushions using cloth simulator and cloth brush in blender but without the right references, it will never feel right.
