The Realtime preview mode
Cloud scattering 1 & 2 have a build in "realtime" preview mode.
This enables an extreme efficient display mode for the volumetrics.
This is nice to evaluate the animation or the cloud shapes live in the viewport.
Especially on low end machines.
Superfast volume shader
This is the fastest volume shader, optimized for the overcast pro cloud system.
It generates some more stylized results in some cases.

You can use this Node to combine or change between cloud types.
The future will bring many more cloud types to this system.
Overcast Pro was once planned to be a full scipted addon.
Unfortunately I am new to scripting, so this will take some time until I will release it within a major free update.
I already have many ideas and plans for future updates:
New and improved cloud types
- Improved ground fog
- Special 3D clouds (some wip clouds are already included)
- A baking tool for the special clouds to generate baked slice textures.
- New and improved custom volume shaders
- Improved cloud shading (silver lining and dark edges)
- Cloud painting
- New volumetric Assets
- Tornados! (wip Tornado already included)
- Packing everything into a easy to use addon
Blender 3.1 seems to have a bug, updating the nodes.
A simple frame change will update all the nodes.
