Are there drivers added to this model
Yes there are drivers and they assigned to moving bones so you can use a bone to use the driver. They are named. Like Eye front, eye back, eyelid up, etc.
How is the model textured?
The model uses one texture map and is using cycles with the principled shader for the body and a glass shader for the eyes. The texture is hand painted.
