Moonlight Cabin_Blender Project File (Scene+Textures)
I used a geometry node for scattering grass (turned off in viewport, but you can turn it on in modedifires of 'Mad_Ground_01' object). 3 types of grass. It`s super optimized, and you can easily render it.
for controlling dirts and leaks on the house wood, you can paint and erase it on Wieght normal section (like the last image)
This scene is render-ready, and it comes with all the textures and models like posters.
