Mono Glare
What is Mono Glare?
Mono Glare is a node setup for the Blender realtime compositor, that allows for a procedural approach on many different lens effects, while being blazing fast.
How fast is it?
In viewport, realtime.
In render, it depends on the scene and resolution. Usually it renders fairly quick.
What can it do?
- Preview important passes
- Lens distortion & dispersion
- Streak glare
- Ghost glare
- Vignette
- Lens dirt
How to set up:
Because it is an asset, simply extract the blend file into your dedicated Asset folder and Link it to it in the Blender preferences -> file paths. Then you can simply drag and drop the node into your compositor whenever you need it.
