How to append the sprinter vans in your scene:

Chose the version of the sprinter you want to append into your scene.

When you select group, you will see options for the wheels and for the headlights. Choose the preferred wheels first (it will be appended with the whole body of the van except the headlights) before appending the chosen headlights in your scene.
