.Yes. There are two .blend files. One .blend file contains entirely procedural materials, but the second contains PBR compatible texture maps including color, roughness, metalness, normals, and more.
Are the .blend files set up for Eevee or Cycles rendering?
Both the procedural and PBR .blend files contain scenes with lighting and render settings for both Eevee and Cycles render engines.
