The Key-To-Marker add-on is what Blender dope sheet was missing.

It makes animating far easier by binding keyframes with markers.

it also syncs the keyframes movement with the markers, which gives the freedom to just move the keyframes and not bother about what marker will follow.

This add-on makes animating on Blender more professional, and I am personally glad its actually  available now.
