Adjusting Shape keys
Simply click on one of the models and go into its object data properties. On the right side expand the 'Shape Keys' section if not already expanded. Then all you have to do is select one of the switches and change its value from 0-1 to flip the switch. Each switch is correctly labeled from left to right.
Troubleshooting
Q: Why is the shading messed up?
A: This Blender file was created using Blender version 4.2. Starting with version 4.0, Blender changed how Auto Smooth works, making it incompatible with previous versions. However, the file is saved in version 3.6.1, so it should work without issues.
In the unlikely event that your models appear shaded incorrectly, simply enable Auto Smooth on the meshes with a 60-degree angle. If you need further assistance, let me know which Blender version you are using, and I can update the file accordingly. :)
Asset Browser
I would recommend placing this blend file in your asset browser file path, i went ahead and marked everything as an asset for you so it should be as simple as dragging and dropping. Here is a one minute video on how to setup the blender asset browser
